Proper packaging when returning TQ and SLT Wheels is the most important step in receiving full credit.

When returning TQ and SLT Wheels, please make sure the wheels are properly packaged in the original packing materials provided with the wheel. Make sure no surface of the wheel is exposed to the cardboard box. Tape the box closed. In order to receive full credit for a returned wheel, it must be properly packaged and identified as to where the wheel was returned from (store number) and the reason for the return. An RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number must also accompany the wheel. RMA's are issued by a representative of WheelTech International and can be obtained by calling 800-372-5133. Always write your RMA number on your packing slip and shipping labels. Shipments not clearly marked as RMA will be refused. Please include your RMA copy with all returns.

Wheels that have had tires mounted are not returnable for credit.
